Professional Judgment Workshop a Success!
The training committee has received very positive feedback from the recent Professional Judgment Workshop held at Union County College in January. More than 65 financial aid professionals attended the workshop and many commented that the presentation and handouts were Excellent! Thanks to Catherine Boscher-Murphy for her skills in leading the group and all those who participated in this successful workshop!

Annual Support Staff Workshop
The annual support staff workshop was held at the Rutgers Student Center – Livingston Campus on Tuesday, March 16, 2004. Despite a late season snow storm, 80 people attended and provided a great deal of positive feedback. The topics covered where:

• FISH – Customer Service with a Smile
• Federal & State Updates
• Loan Updates

CORE Novice Training
The Training Committee is busy planning the Novice Training. This training will occur throughout 3 days (one day a week for 3 consecutive weeks during the end of May to the beginning of June). Once the days and topics have been finalized, you will receive additional information about what topics will be covered on what days. You can choose to come for one day, two days, or all three! We look forward to seeing you!
